What was he trying to convey by saying that she deserves better? To whom will Christopher give this letter? Thinking about all this Christopher went near to the bike where he found the man’s wallet. The wallet had a passport-size photo of someone. Also, he found the identity card of the man. The man’s name turned out to be Peter Alvin. He was shocked after seeing the identity card. He took the photo and the identity card and went back to the car.

He started driving the car again. This time the car was filled with silence. Everyone had a tense face and no one even uttered a single word. After driving the car for about 50 minutes more, Christopher stopped the car in front of a roadside food stall. Their journey started about four hours back but they didn’t find any roadside stall if they did, it wasn’t accessible. They all hadn’t eaten anything for a long period. They all got out of the car and sat on the chairs.

Still, after this long, the whole aura was filled with silence with everyone having speechless faces. Henry decided to break the silence and said, “This man wasn’t lying when we got out of our car. Was he?” “No Henry, he wasn’t. That was all of a sudden. We didn’t even hear the sound of his bike crashing.” Christopher said as Christopher and Henry stood up, went to a corner, and started discussing the case. Isabelle and Catherine were approached by a woman who seemed to come to take their orders. “Excuse me, I am sorry for interrupting you. But is there something which I can get for y’all to eat or drink?” said the woman. “Umm yeah sure…..We would like to have four coffees as well as four hamburgers.” Said Catherine. The woman nodded and after some time, she came back with four coffees and hamburgers served on a tray. The woman sat down on the chair next to the table of the girls. The woman was continuously looking out of the window which looked like she was waiting for someone desperately. “Mam, do you mind me asking, why do you work here alone….? Like if you are comfortable otherwise it’s completely fine.” Said Isabelle. “This is just my part-time job. I just work here on Saturdays and Sundays. I don’t work here alone. My husband also helps me.” Said the woman. “Oh, so according to my assumption, your husband isn’t here and you are waiting for him. Right?” Said Catherine. “Oh yes, you are right.” Said the woman. Isabelle nodded and passed a smile to her. A few seconds later, Henry and Christopher joined them and started eating. Christopher started to tell all the things that Peter Alvin told him. He told them about the picture and the letter and kept both things on the table. Christopher and Henry were busy eating and talking and they didn’t even care to spare a glance at the woman sitting next to them. As Catherine and Isabelle saw the picture of Peter Alvin’s wife, their eyes widened in shock as they look at each other.
