THE DRIVE: Chapter 5: Hacked

They entered the passcode at the gate and entered the headquarters. They took the lift and pressed 4th floor. The gates closed and within seconds they reached the floor. The lights were dim and the whole aura was quiet. They knocked the door and entered the room. They saw everyone working on their computers.
“Mr George” she approached her senior. A middle aged man who was looking at the huge screen turned at looked at Isabelle. The expressions on his face showed that he was extremely angry. He walked to Isabelle and suddenly said,
“Servers are hacked Isabelle. What the heck is this? You and your team looked after this department right? Then how is Hy able to access our information? It had all reports proving Peter Alvin’s Innocence. We had trust on you. What did you do? Will you be able bring the data back? No right.”
“Sir please, give her some time. She’ll try to identify who the hacker is.” Catherine said.
“Stop it Catherine.” George said while massaging his temples. He looked at her and signalled her not to interrupt. He looked up and further said,
“It had all the information we had gathered about Peter Alvin, the president, his body guard, Hy everything. We don’t have much time. Mac, Call Henry immediately to the headquarters.”
Catherine nodded her head in agreement and reached the reception. She asked the receptionist to dial Henry’s number was asked to reach the headquarters immediately. Henry drove his car and reached the headquarters. He reached the gates and found an identity card. He read the name and it turned out to be Chloe Petras. He read the details and kept the card in his pocket and went upstairs. He entered the room and shut the door. He put his hands at the back and went in front of George.
“Henry, servers are hacked. Check the computers of the employees who work in the IT department.”
“Yes sir I’ll. Sir, I could say that there are high possibilities the hacker is amongst one of us. It is not possible for even a highly intelligent outsider to access our information after the encryption softwares and firewalls used. Moreover, information was only limited till headquarters. Mr George, when did our department come to know about the hacked servers?”
“About 2 hours ago.”
“I request you to check the today’s exit timings of every employee. Please give the names of the employees who exited 4 hours back.” Said Henry and went to the computer. George agreed and ordered the team to check the exit timings of every employee.
“Sir every employee working in our department had exited before 9. We checked different departments too. Sophie was the person who had exited after nine.”
George said, “I want all her details; right now.”
“Yes sir. We searched her details in every department but there is no information about her. We only know that she were FBI spy as her names were displayed in the Spy list made by the department. There are no traces of her face, working experience, nationality or anything. Seems like she has deleted that too.”
“Then; why did she not clear her name too?”
George sighed. After further investigation and reports, everyone was asked to return back to their respective places.
